(1) A consumer based website which aims to deliver buyers details direct to the estate agents in the buyers chosen area in exchange for feedback from the buyer. To provide vendors with an opportunity to select an estate agent to sell with by allowing them to view scores based on buyer feedback.
(2) By the use of this site you warrant and represent that your use of the site content will be consistent with the terms and conditions and will not infringe the rights of any other party or breach any contract or legal duty to any other parties or breach any relevant legal requirement. You expressly agree to indemnify every agent against any liability to any person or company arising out of your use of the site which may not be in accordance with these terms and conditions. By the use of this site you warrant that you are over 18 years of age and can enter into legally binding contracts under relevant statute and therefore enter into this agreement to use this site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein

EveryAgent Ltd endeavours to provide a complete and comprehensive list of every estate agent in your given area and a data base where appropriate will be regularly updated. However EveryAgent cannot guarantee or warrant that new agents will be listed immediately or further that there will be instant removal of agents that have ceased trading
